IsraeliDocs is firmly committed to your privacy. We take all precautions and measures to ensure that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will we sell or trade your information to any third party.
Our site requires that our users give us contact information (such as name and e-mail address) when joining our mailing list, when contacting us for questions, as well as when purchasing. The customer's contact information is used to contact the customer when necessary and to ship purchased DVDs. Users may request not to receive future mailings.
Our site uses an order form on a secure server Tranzila (SSL) for customers of DVD purchases. We collect the visitor's contact information (such as name and e-mail address). Financial information (such as credit card numbers) is collected on a third party secure server. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers and to update customers concerning new titles and programming ideas. Financial information that is collected is deleted from the secure server in a timely manner after the completion of the transaction for which it was used.
SECURITY
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. Orders retrieved from the secure server are deleted after the completion of the transaction. Each order is processed manually using the same process we use for fax and telephone orders. Once the order is retrieved and your card verified, all portions of the order fulfillment process are handled internally.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
This site gives users the following option for removing themselves from our mailing lists so they do not receive any communication from us by regular mail or e mail.

HOW TO SHOP WITH US
1. In the "Shopping Cart" Screen you can choose to "CHECK OUT" and proceed to check out, or choose "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to save the item in your shopping cart, and continue shopping. At any time during shopping you may click "SHOPPING CART" to see total order so far.
2. You may change quantities or delete items from the order at any time during the process by clicking "Delete" in the "Shopping Cart" page. You can also choose your preferred shipping method.
3. When you are ready to complete your order, simply click the "CHECK OUT" button on the bottom of the page.
4. To finish the process please select "Method of Payment":
a. Paying by check: after completion of the personal information page please click "continue". Print the next page and mail it together with a US check issued to IsraeliFilms to our Tel-Aviv address: IsraeliFilms, 101 Herzl Street, Tel-Aviv 66555, Israel. A confirmation by email will be sent as soon as the check arrives. Once your order is processed, the DVD(s) will go out within the next two business days. An invoice will be emailed to you and added to the pack.
b. Paying by phone: after completion of the personal information page please click "continue". Print the next page for your records and call us (international): 011-972-3-6812121. We will ask for your credit card details, charge your card in our secured SSL server (Tranzila) and then delete all card information. Once your order is processed, the DVD(s) will go out within the next two business days. An invoice will be emailed to you and added to the pack.
c. Paying by fax: after completion of the personal information page please click "continue". Please print the next page. Please add your credit card details (name of holder, card type, card number, expiry date, 3 digits of secured code on reverse side). Please fax the form to (international fax): 011-972-3-6812121. We will charge your card in our secured SSL server (Tranzila) and delete card information. Once your order is processed, the DVD(s) will go out within the next two business days. An invoice will be emailed to you and added to the pack.
d. Pay by Credit: after completion of the personal information page please click "continue". You will be forward to a secured SSL server (Tranzila – approved by the credit card companies) where you will be asked for your card details. Tranzila will delete those details right after the charge. Once your order is processed, the DVD(s) will go out within the next two business days.An invoice will be emailed to you and added to the pack.
